Beautiful natural sound no heavy bass/ treble very open mid range with a decent sound stage for a closed headpone totally worth the price and 3 year warranty wohooo.

Sound as good as bose qc 15 and dr dre wireless beats.

Superb quality product with outstanding sound.

I must admit i am not that impressed with these headphones. They have a decent sound with good base but i don’t hear the crisp quality and clear sound that i was anticipating. That being said these were bought for my wife who loves them so i could not mark them down too much.

The mid is the strength of the h6. Really beautiful and effortless. Great clarity, great soundstage, i can hear every subtle detail.

These i’d class as portable if you want some for home use there are better alternatives. There very light there comfortable nice ear pads they look great and aren’t to obtrusive. Quite a firm clamp force but not uncomfortable nice slim headband again comfortable. I bought these tan versions for less than £150 a great bargain at that price. I would not have bought for £270 but glad i got them know i have them. They have a nice clear sound a good all rounder. They are easy to drive good for your phone.

I was a bit sceptical about this headphones. Having own a pair of b&o before i wasn’t convinced by the balance of the sound. I’ve been using them for almost 5 months non stop, sound is amazing and very comfortable to wear for long hours. I bought these to substitute my p5 bowers and wilkins which are great but very uncomfortable to use after long time.

The sound quality of the headphones is excellent, as expected. I can definitely hear parts of the music that i could not hear before. I’ve seen reviews stating the bass is not great but i disagree, it mightn’t be boosted but its so clear that it sounds deeper than before. They are also unbelievably comfortable to wear, which i hadn’t expected. I thought they would be the same as any headphones but i have pillows that are less comfortable against my head. The design is lovely, very sleek. The lettering on the side is less prominent than expected which is a good thing. The bag thing they gave with it is a bit bizzare, useless really. My only problem is that the inline controls on the headphone wire will not work for non-apple products. A bit aggravating as the advert does not specify that.

The h6 headphones are really confortable to wear for prolongued periods of time. It is a really important aspect that fits the right way with good sound quality. Their sound is flat not bass boosted so it is possible to hear natular balanced sound similar to some monitor headphones. I have to emphasize that it allows to appreciate enough detail of sound at different frequencies with different instruments. The color of the sound of this headphones is a really pleasent to listen to. The design and de manufacture assembly are impecable spreading luxury, style and audio quality. As sound is subjective some people would prefer bass boosted headphones. These are not but if that is your choice, you can get an amplifier and it is possible to get superb audio to everyone personal standars. I’ve tested with audio technica at pha05bt (bluetooth amplifier) connected by a 30cm gold plated coiled cable and the sound quality is great with different equalizations.

Far too expensive of course, but good sound, very comfortable and look classic and stylish, last i hope.

Great set of headphonesthey are super comfy and the leather is really soft. As for audio quality they sound great. The wire is detachable which is always handy. Even though they are meant to be on ear headphone because my ears are small they are quite big they actually sit over my ears.

My husband is a very happy man.

Noise insulating on a recent trip last row in the plane very impressive. Credit the overall design of the pressure of the band and pliable the ear cups. Details of voice and notes not noticed before.

An excellent pair of headphones, light and by far the most comfortable set i’ve had, way better than the beats i’ve had (always flattened my ears with more than 30 mins of wearing them). The sound quality is very good, especially the lower end. A very good all round pair of headphones.

Great sound from these second gen h6’s unfortunately had to return them after a few weeks because of a faulty cable dissapointed.

Can’t really put anything else that others haven’t put. I have noticed i don’t have the volume up past half gets way to loud which i used to do on other headphones. The packaging is much like the apple type (worth keeping) they do sound amazing and feel so comfortable and light. All in all i’m glad i went for them.

Amazing headphones with good quality and sound quality above average. Always wanted to buy bose or the beats pro, but for this good piece of equipment, never thought about them again. Good to listen at home, and good to listen while travelling or in the street, they look great.

Fantastic headphones these are, very comfortable and a very good sound. Great to have on when i’m going on long train journeys and listening to my music.

Likes: superb soundstage, amazing clarity, natural bass, great build quality, comfortable, good for everyday use indoor and outdoors, good isolationdislikes: ear pads not user replaceable, prefer a hard case instead of cloth bag, expensive but can be found cheaper elsewherei bought these headphones after recently returning a pair of b&w p5 series 2 as i wasn’t happy with them, the review can also be found on amazon. I originally wanted some ‘on ear’ headphones but my experience with the now returned b&w p5’s is they offer poor isolation, so decided on these instead after much research. I paid much less than the recommended retail price for the black version, for the price i paid they are amazing. My musical tastes vary from counting crows, beastie boys, ryan adams, prince, pop, funk, jazz to and dance. After 2 weeks for heavy listening with them here are my thoughts. I catch the bus and train in london everyday to work, so i was glad the h6 isolate external noise very well and are still able to hear the detail of the music on my commute which was my main criticism of the p5s. These wont be as good as the bose quiet headphones which i have also tried but the sound quality is so much better on the h6. These are so comfy to wear, plush leather and memory foam means i have had zero discomfort wearing these for up to two hours on a warm summer day. I would say i would like the clamping of them to be a bit stronger but my head is fairly small and its a minor issue.

Beautifully designed and a more individualised headphone choice than the mass produced and prolific dr dre beats alternative.

I am not an headphone geek but have tested many models in the premium price range. These headphones are excellent, in fact they are awesome delivering brilliant sound and they are unbelievably comfortable. While the idea of wireless headphones has always appealed to me and to this end i really rated the bose ae2w but after testing them over a prolonged period the sound quality was not always perfect and the bluetooth 4. 0 seemed to cause issues by spontaneously altering the volume control on my ipad air. As a result i came to the conclusion that wired headphones offer the best sound quality, performance and listening experience. Being over-ear together with the quality/softness of the ear pieces enables them to achieve great noise isolation and comfort. When travelling however when noise cancellation is important i still rate my wired bose qc20i earbuds, as their ability to drown out the noise of jet engines is beyond compare and their size and portability are a real bonus as is there ability to let you hear sounds around you when you need to for example in arrival/departure halls. At home though and on holiday i have come to appreciate the performance and comfort of the h6 headphones. They deliver well balanced sound without the ear pounding base we’ve come to expect from many other models. These are premium quality headphones beautifully constructed and delightful in use.

Brilliant super comfortable headphones with superb sound quality, my only gripe is as with so many headhones the noise isolation isn’t as good as i would like.
